We were here for a 10am bday party. It was fine. Things were clean enough. I prefer Peter Piper's. Fyi...the party package does not include the soft play place for the bday child which is crazy. Games and prizes were so-so. Pizza was mid. I won't go back.

Outrageous!!! The price to play games vs what you actually get in return it’s ludicrous. Spent over $100 in game cards. Only to get 700 points!!! The cheapest okay item is 500!! Points. Most machines only give you 1 ticket. Also when you buy a 60 minute card it’s take about 30-60 seconds to be able to play again. Never coming back. Suggest main event or Peter piper.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a great place to bring the kids. One of the things I appreciate the most is the safety system they have in place. They put matching stamps on parents and kids, which gives peace of mind knowing that children can’t leave the restaurant with someone else. It really makes parents feel more comfortable while the kids enjoy the games. The pizza is delicious, and the salad bar buffet is surprisingly fresh and very tasty. They also offer great coupons and family packages, which makes it an affordable option for families. Overall, it’s one of the best places to take your kids to celebrate a birthday or simply spend a fun afternoon together

We had a fun time at Chuck E. Cheese, but I did notice that the games were awkwardly spaced out. You have to get up and move around a lot to keep an eye on your smaller children since not all the games are in one area. Also, I’d say it’s one of the smaller locations in San Antonio, Texas. The staff was nice, and the kids enjoyed it, but the layout could be improved for easier supervision.

Our daughter loves this spot, so much so that we got the annual gold pass. Food is always good (for a place like this), though last time we waited way too long to order and get our food (almost 90 minutes all together). Many games not working properly, but my two biggest issues…. 1. The up charge to use the jungle gym and trampoline zone. It is ridiculous that it is not included in the annual pass (I was told it was but I was told in a later visit that they meant it was included as in covered by the discount… BS if you ask me). 2. And this one will turn your stomach… My wife has complained repeatedly about the women’s restroom cleanliness. Then yesterday I noticed this… have you seen the videos of when people service these ice machines and tell you “never drink ice out of them”?. Welp, of the shoot where the ice comes out of looks like this, what do you guys think the inside of the machines look like….
